Services
VoiceWave Studios provides professional animation voice recording services including but not limited to:
- Animation dubbing and character voice recording
- Game character voice production
- Commercial voiceover services
- Audio post-production and mixing
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and online payment platforms. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All voice recordings and audio files produced by VoiceWave Studios remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you will receive the agreed-upon usage rights as specified in your project contract. We retain the right to use project samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide clear project briefs and materials in advance
- Respect scheduled recording times
- Obtain necessary rights for any materials provided
- Make timely payments as agreed
Studio Conduct
All visitors to VoiceWave Studios must follow studio rules and respect equipment and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for inappropriate behavior.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your projects and will not disclose project details without your permission. We expect clients to respect the confidentiality of our voice talent and production methods.
Limitation of Liability
VoiceWave Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Revisions and Corrections
We include a specified number of revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection in all recordings.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
